We take your privacy seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully as it contains important information about how and why we collect, store, use and share personal data about you.

It also explains your rights in relation to your personal data and how to contact us or the relevant regulator if you have a complaint. Our collection, storage, use and sharing of personal data is regulated by applicable data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

For the personal data described in this Privacy Policy, we generally act as controller, meaning that we decide how and for what purposes that personal data is used. Our separate role as a processor of personal data through SpiritEHR is explained in SpiritEHR and customer data.

Depending on the destination and recipient, this may include relying on UK adequacy regulations (including an applicable recognised data bridge), using contractual safeguards or other safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, or relying on a specific exception where legally permitted.

Where appropriate, we will also consider whether additional measures are required to ensure that transferred personal data receives a level of protection consistent with applicable UK data protection law.
